I'm not sure if this is your entire outline or just a single page. In a five-minute video, I would expect many more images, topics, videos, etc. Take another look at the sample video to see what kind of content it has. Also, look at the pace. I don't expect everyone to match the sample video in terms of quality, but it gives you something to shoot for!
I did it in MS Word, copy & paste to Paint and then saved it as jpeg. I will be adding more media and I am not too sure about the person in the video. Me and the video is still having problems.
